In Honour of the Haggis
A vegetarian Haggis has been procured from Penzance today, thank heavens for long established Lavenders Deli. I am looking forward to Burns Night on the 25th when the said beast will be prepared with a concoction called Clapshaw, potatoes and turnips are mashed together with seasoning and butter. Yes, you can have a vegetarian Burns Night.
