Dusk in Normandie-Basse

This morning we had a red squirrel in the garden just here, casually sitting in the tree feeding. Apparently, there are NO greys here at all, what a treat to see a red though! The light really is special here at this time of year when it stops raining. The spherical shapes in the trees on the right are mistltoe plants, there is so much of it around in Normandy. Off to Flers covered Saturday market tomorrow morning – an early start as it is a bit of a way away. Forecast is more rain so Drizabone and my new French made Aigle Chambord natural rubber wellies at the ready. These wellies are like no other wellies I have ever worn, I am in love with them ….:)
