This was a gorgeous walk yet again and very easy to follow – a lot of upward climbs but equally balanced on the return with lots of downhill. Warning though if taking a picnic there are very few places to sit – it was 3pm by the time we found a lone discarded log for our picnic!

this seems to be common about the Burgundian countryside and peoples gardens – recycled rubbish into rural sculpture
