Day 143 …… windswept wild coast, Puglia, Italy

Internet and especially wi-fi is a pretty unknown beast here in these parts, I was just thinking the other day I have less problems in the wilds of Gujarat than here in southern Italy. Especially when you get as far south as it is possible, right on the very tip of the stiletto heel tip. However, happily I discovered The Stork Gelato Bar (ice-cream) right on the beach 4km from us at Torre Vado that seems to be open most times excluding siesta……..with free wi-fi ……with the most tempting 28 varieties to work your way through!

The mono is the view from the gelato bar, windswept trees on a very windswept coast on an evening when bad weather fronts were shifting through. The beach you can see, at 730pm was deserted.

  1. What a beautiful place. Seems like heaven to get away from the world of mass connection for a while. I love both photos but the B&W is my fav. (I personally favor B&W) … 😀
